Because I have ordered one from India and they told me that there will no be extra charges. Yet when it came to Poland the shipper informed me about 300GBP for custom charges. The situation was a mess. Yet I won the case. So please clarify the whole price to avoid any possible problems. 2. Does it optimized for usage in Europe or it has an Asian specifications/apps etc? Servizio Clienti Etoren Staff Post del Fri Jul 22, 2022 09:24 AM	Hi, the price include VAT/ Tax. You don`t have t pay additional duty or fee when you receive the parcel in Poland. The phone is originally produced d to Europe but you can still use it in your country.
